The School of Business at XLRI offers the following programmes-

• PGDM (BM) It is a two-year full time programme on Business Management.
  Eligibility- The candidate should have a recognized Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline followed by a valid XAT and GMAT score.
• PGDM (GM) It is a fifteen-month full-time residential management program PGDM (General Management), previously known as GMP. Eligibility- A valid XAT or GMAT score. The candidate must possess five years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• PGDM(BM), part-time (JSR). Eligibility- The candidates need to have a three-year Bachelors' degree or its equivalent in any discipline followed by a valid XAT/ GMAT score.
• PGDM (Global BM)- It is a two year, full-time Global Business Management program.

Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Admission 2025

Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) is a management school founded in 1949 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) and based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.

XLRI offers Post Graduate Diploma courses along with Executive Post Graduate Diploma courses in different specializations. The college also offers a Fellowship program as well as the Executive Fellowship program in Management.

The application for all the courses at XLRI start in the month of August. Candidates applying for the regular Post Graduate Diploma courses are selected on the basis of XAT scores. XLRI has been conducting XAT on an all India level to select the most appropriate students for management education.

Selection of candidates for the regular Fellowship program is done on XL-RAPT score. XLRI Research Aptitude Test (XL-RAPT) is conducted by XLRI all over India for admission to Fellowship program in Management.
