Haryana MBBS Admission 2024: Eligibility
Candidates must pass the 10+2 examination with Biology/Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, and English as core subjects.
He/she must pass with a minimum of 50% for the General and 40% for the reserved category.
The candidates must be eligible to sit for the NEET entrance examination.
To qualify for NEET 2024, students must secure the minimum qualifying percentile. For applicants belonging to the general category, the qualifying percentile is 50, while for SC/ST/OBC and PWD aspirants, it is 40 and 45, respectively.
The age of an aspirant should be 17 years as of December 31, 2023.
One must be a resident of Haryana.

Haryana MBBS Admission 2024: Exam Pattern
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is organised by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and is a national-level entrance exam. It comprises 180 multiple-choice questions. The segregation of the paper is as follows:-

Haryana MBBS Admission 2024: Counselling Process
The counseling for NEET 85% state quota is conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research.
The counseling takes place in two rounds via online mode for undergraduate courses. The candidates are shortlisted according to their scores of NEET and their preferences.
The Directorate General of Health Services also conducts counseling on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% of All India Quota seats.
There are five steps for DMER counseling, they are:-
Registration - The candidates must register themselves for the online counseling.
Documents Verification - All the documents of the candidates are verified by the authority.
Choice Filling - The candidates are then allowed to fill in their choices and preferences.
Allotment - Then seats are allotted to the candidates in their respective chosen institutes.
Report to the Institute - The last step is that the candidates must visit the allotted institute.
